This is a short documentary aimed to investigate the perception of the Irish community towards the Arts and the humanitarian causes. 🔸🔸🔸🔸 The Indian philosopher Vimala Thakar, in 1994 during a meeting with students and professors in Norway said: "It's not all dark despite the wars, strife, bloodshed, and ugliness that welcome us. There are also rays of sunshine and hope. I think human beings as a race want to share in each other's sufferings there, as well as their riches, but they don't know how and they grope in this search (...). We have to carve a path through the chaos, the bloodshed, and the shameful wars that continue. The laborious emergence of a global human culture, a global spirituality. It is the science of life and the art of living. A commitment of the human race to practice mutuality and reciprocity, rather than exclusive identifications and identities" 🔸🔸🔸🔸 |
